This is a BEAUTIFUL, well maintained property in the quiet suburb of Arden. We are located close to major highways, major big-name restaurants, an airport, major drugstore and grocery chain and even a brand new Wal-Mart. We are far enough from the road so there is very little traffic noise. The apartments themselves are well laid out for families with good size bedrooms and "great room" areas. Even though we had some MINOR maintenance issues they were addressed promptly. We have never had any neighbor or noise issues (and we are in our second apartment in this development). Kristin and Brooklyn are so easy to work with and take the time to explain everything and help out whenever I have needed them, and so are the facilities guys. I have lived in several apartments over the years but South Ridge is the very best BY FAR!
