I currently live at the forest. Save yourself the trouble and live somewhere else. The office staff is horrible. You have to put in a request to get something fixed several times before it actually gets fixed. Oh yeah, all these added extras they offer..you are actually paying for them in your highly priced rent.

Its all about how you handle the request and yourself. If you go in with a bad attitude you always get one back. I feel that the office staff is always professinal and pleasant,

I do not agree. I always get everything that I request done in a imely manner. The apartments and the community are gorgeous and I feel that they are priced just right.

I have had more trouble with my apartment here than in all other places i have lived combined. Maintenance has destroyed my belongings, thrown away my belongings, and doesn't seem to be able to fix anything. I love with a host of problems because I will not let them enter if I am not here (not that they respect that - they have violated that numerous times). It's not just a matter of attitude; it's a matter of competence (or lack thereof).
