I lived at the Forrest for 2 years and really enjoyed the community. Management and maintenance were helpful and always responded quickly to any issues I brought to their attention. The pool, business center, and fitness areas were well kept. My apartment was located near Long Shoals, so it was a little noisy but not really that bad. I would recommend this community to anyone. It s a great place to meet people and make friends, most of the residents I met were really nice.
