Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I moved to the beautiful Forest at Biltmore Park in June of 2008.
I've never lived in an apartment before, and lived in Virginia. I didn't make the drive or fly to see the apartment. Spring Dungan, a leasing agent, kept in touch with me through e-mail, sending me pictures of the apartment I wanted. Specifics: ground floor, accepts dogs, and clean grounds. When I got here from VA, I wasn't surprised at all at the floor plan, the specifics that I'd wanted, or anything else! No surprised because
Spring had taken care of all that.
I signed the lease on the spot, and renewed my lease in June of 2009.
The rent is comparable, and just right for my budget. The grounds are kept clean and there is not litter, like some places I've seen. The leasing office makes sure that we are in a community, they host parties for the residents. We are treated like family here, and my friends are in VA, so that's a plus for me.
Perfect place to live. Where else can you find beautiful trees, grassy places all around, and lovely areas to walk your dog' Two pools, an exercise room, and picnic areas all over the area.
I'm so glad I moved here, and so glad that I renewed my lease. I'll renew again next year, wouldn't live anywhere else in the area.
