Nice Place to stay up until about 2 months ago when the old maintainence guy left because the owners of the company were so cheap that they cut his pay back and cut other things out also and started to put way too much responsiblity on him. Just one maintainence guy for all the apartments is crazy. I would only recomend this place to someone I didn't like. Mandy the manager is the best though and I feel sorry for her, because before ownership would blame theirselves for something they would rather blame her. Branson McKenzie ownership sucks !!!!!!!!!!

i lived there for 2 years.yes great place. billy was the guy,the owner ship sucks.i had a flood im my apartment.faulty built.never got a call from owners,no reduction in rent.nothing.door didnt close tight.never fixed.marks on ceiling,i was the first tenant there.mandy is awesome.she should consider a better company,she does everything since billy left.i would love to talk to mckenzie,you are a piece of work.as most in this country,money is all they want.i met the guy once.what a arrogant ass.maybe his wife should teach this man something,but then why,shes money hungry too.i would say other than that.great people,area.billy wish you all the best,you too mandy.go to hell mckenzie,you and your wife,family.cheap bastard. glad im gone. mandy go cut the grass(ha-Ha) what the owners think she should do,while run the place,paint,listen to complaints,show apartments.clean pool.you wish mckenzie.

Mandy was outside today carrying in all the chairs and stuff all alone. I guess they still do expect her to do everything. She needs to find a new job...
