I like living here. New management in 2008 has been the best thing for here. Mandy was a joke and the mainentence guy was the root of problems because of parties he threw. Since then things get fixed and it's peaceful here. You won't find any better deal than here. Free cable and water plus the square footage can't be beat. I live in a 2 br 2 bath thats over 1000 sq ft. for 625 a month. I recommend here but it does have a waiting list to get in.
