Great place to live - I like living here. New management in 2008 has been the best thing for here. Mandy was a joke and the mainentence guy was the root of problems because of parties he threw. Since then things get fixed and it's peaceful here. You won't find any better deal than here. Free cable and water plus the square footage can't be beat. Ownership sucks at this place! Nice Place to stay up until about 2 months ago when the old maintainence guy left because the owners of the company were so cheap that they cut his pay back and cut other things out also and started to put way too much responsiblity on him. Just one maintainence guy

OMG Just drive past these apartments. Ive been there for about 3 years and glad to be leaving. The management crew are con artist and very rude people. The residents are very loud and the parties are non stop. Ive never felt safe living these. My car was broken into several times. The mold problem

Very Nice Madison Heights is by far the nicest apartments in Asheboro..The prices aren't to high. I like the fact that cable and water are included..I have a 2X2 and have plenty of room. I like the fact that is has a patio.

Great Place to Live I am currently a resident of Ashewood Apartment Homes. I am in a large studio and I really do enjoy living here! The rent is reasonable and the staff is outstanding! There is a police officer who lives on site, 24 hour maintenance, & a pool! What more can you ask
