My apartment was filthy when I moved in. The oven had not been cleaned, pet food and toys crammed under the refrigerator. Bugs.... Bugs are everywhere. THey promised they would spray but IM still waiting 2 months now. Floor plan is okay, however there is no storage closet or linen closet. No balcony. A lot of noise from the train laying on its horn. Track is apx 200ft. from front apt buildings.
