I enjoy the apartment compared to others I lived in, especially the staff. The noise isn't to bad (it's an apartment, so there's always going to some level of noise). The price is high, but reasonable. My two main complaints are the fact I can NEVER get a parking place if I come home past dark and when driving up the hill there are huge and sharp speed bumps (but I believe Ballards Appliance is the cause of these), which I've had actually pay to have mine and my wifes cars repaired because of. If it weren't for the speed bumps and parking I'd give it an A-, which ain't shabby when it comes to apartment living.
