i lived here for a year in 2007. we had a continuous ant problem. they sprayed. still ants. i could hear the people above me talk, walk, have sex, vacuum (daily),their kids screaming, ect. i was told the train came by only once a week but that is a lie. it comes at least 4 times a day. and every day at 11pm like clockwork. and they lay on the horn every time. there is very little parking and i think they're starting constructions there now. great location but turning left out of the complex takes forever. and watch out for the train. the office people are really nice and helpful but they raised our rent over $70 so i left. im at evergreen ridge now and love it.
