I have lived here for 2 and 1/2 years and have throughly enjoyed my apartment. I never have parking issues at my building, but have noticed that there are parking isssues at some of the building, but it is my understanding that when the complex was built it was the city that decided the alotted number of parking spaces. The maintenance staff is great, quick to get problems taken care of. The office staff is extremely nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to help. I cannot say that I have ever had issues with bugs, but I do know that you can get your apartment sprayed for bugs all you have to do is tell the office staff. I never hear the train, when I moved in I was told that it is an active train and can come through at anytime; day or night. As far as noise in the apartment, there is some noise but it is an apartment so some noise is to be expected. It has never been such an issue that I needed to report it, but I do feel like if it ever got to that point that the office staff would do all they could to get the problem taken care of.
I highly recommend Ascot Point Village Apartments, the staff is great, the apartments are very nice, and the location is prime.
