Positives - Wonderful staff, nice location, good sound-proofing, well maintained grounds & amenities (pool, playground, etc). Very quick to respond to maintainance issues. Good nighbors. No parking issues. Good appliances. Good floorplan (other than having to go through a bedroom to get to a bathroom for guests). Washer/dryer hookups.
Negatives - Train horn (but honestly you start to get used to it and don't even hear it anymore). Speed bumps (Really one would be sufficient up the hill). Small cupboards (You have to turn a standard dinner plate sideways to get it in the cupboard. No linen closet. Some of the workmanship is a little shoddy, but what do you expect from apartments' No snow removal. No ceiling light in second bedroom.
All in all I'm very happy with living here. I have kids and I feel they are safe.
