It's a great place convenient to downtown and UNCA. The washer and dryer is in the apartment and the maintenance staff are very nice. The apartment itself is very nice and fairly spacious. There is plenty of storage but the outdoor space is minimal. There have also been a couple times on saturday evenings when you come home and there aren't any parking spots. Not because there aren't enough spaces for those who live here but because people have guests.
My main complaint about this apartment is the cost. If we decide to stay it will be $835 a month. If money wasn't an issue we would consider staying but you can't save money paying rates like this. Oh and if you have pets be prepared to give them 400 dollars.
