I have lived at Woodland Hills for almost 2 years. At first I thought this apartment was great, but soon thought differently.
The good - the apartment complex is well maintained and the maintanence staff are great. When I moved in, my apartment was clean and spotless. Washer and dryer are included in the price of the rent.
The bad - loud parking lots. Parking lot lights shine right in both of my 2 bedroom's windows, and does for everyone on the second and third stories!!! Walls are VERY THIN! I feel like I am taking a shower with my neighbor everyday. They raised rent to $850 for a 2 bedroom. I could move to Cranbrook and have an exceptional apartment for that. Water fixtures and lighting are the cheapest things I have ever seen in an apartment. Tiny kitchen, no doors on the laundry room. HORRIBLE SNOW REMOVAL!!!!!!!! There is never any parking, and again, LOUD PARKING LOTS!!!!
Overall this is a nice apartment complex, however, you can get a lot more for your money towards the south end of town.
