Sara and Deborah in the office are fantastic!! I have NEVER met a better staffed office before, they are truly exceptional people. I have lived here for 4 months of my 6 month lease and can honestly say that this is one of the best, if not the best, in the area. Our 2/2 unit was freshly painted and had brand new carpet when we moved in. Other than a large gap at the bottom of our door that lets cold air in, everything is great. The rooms are a good size, the HVAC works fine, and it's really nice to have the balcony (we're on the 3rd floor).
I was amazed that someone complained about the lights coming in their windows! Every unit has a full set of mini-blinds, utilize them for crying out loud! LOL! What the heck' Anyway, I absolutely LOVE having all the lights around the property. I can walk my dog safely at night without a flashlight at all. And with so much light around, there's little chance for any mischief to take place. Very secure and safe here . . . .
I really like that they have the pet clean-up stations around the property as well. That is a very nice convenience when walking my dog. I just wished that all tenants would utilize them, if you know what I mean.
They seem to have a rather large maintenance staff who always appear to be working, so I can only assume that they are on top of things there. The gates are nice to have, but are often either broken or non-functional. It creates a sense of safety, but in reality this part of town doesn't need that as bad as others. It's only 10 minutes or less to downtown Asheville and just another minute or two to Tunnel Road and the mall area. I love the location!
