We have lived here for almost 4 years and have loved all of the improvments that the new owners have made. This has always been a nice place to live with great views but now it's even better with the beautiful new landscaping! The new staff is very friendly and seem to be genuinely concerned with all of the people who live here. There are community events going on and they seem to want to involve everyone in the fun. The maintenance staff has always been wonderful and extremly timely in their response to maintenance requests. I also love living here because of it's convenience to the highway, grocery store and gas station. It's also the newest apartment complex in North Asheville.
