Well, this is an honest review. The complex was nice when I first moved in. Since I have lived on the second floor, unfortunately, they have no concept that an 80# dog does not belong on the 3rd floor! Imagine the racket of this beast running back and forth, lovely, sounds like a circus most times. Walls are like tissue paper and the construction is pretty crappy. We froze in our bedroom in the winter because the windows are garbage. Inconsiderate neighbors - the person who lived above me does laundry and vacuums at 11:30pm at night!! Complaining does not help as they do not have a noise ordinance in place. Now, on the flip side the maintenance staff are wonderful. Who cares that its gated its an annoyance really.

Before you sign, check out a brand new complex Springs in Asheville located at Leicester Hwy. Brand new complex and beautiful and very well made. All apartments are entered on the ground floor, awesome facility, dog parks, beautiful pool, car wash area, the works! Or, even check The Meadows also located on Leicester Hwy but DONT live at Cadence Village, you will regret it, trust me. I cannot wait to move but unfortunately my lease ends next year and I will definitely not renew. No way!
