I have lived here for a year now and have no complaints! The apartments are very nice, and all have balconies/decks and large closets. The location is great, its right near a walmart, multiple grocery stores, ect. They have a small work out room, but there is gym (Asheville Raquet Club) right across the street. It is fairly quiet here and has plenty of parking. I highly recommend it!

"More bang for your buck!"
I like the fireplace, vaulted ceilings and large rooms. Esp. like large closet to store off of private deck. Quiet location in bldg. H and love it.
Maintenance/repairs act FAST with any needs you have.
Great place to live...walk to all..plan to renew lease in Aug.!
