We rented about 2 years and saw like 10 management changes in the offices and many problems seem to occur with certain bad renters with drugs and crime, yet they continued to stay there because it is all about money- and the property owner (Harry) does not care where the money comes from as long as he gets all he can and goes through countless staff in the process..

We met nice people there too who, after being in Asheville area a while, were disappointed over what they were told coming into the area verses what it really was like. While in Asheville though, we did see most of our friends leave the region after experiencing it first hand and moved elsewhere in the country, mostly to Florida.

We lived there a short while. You know Delphi Development is not in Asheville and in Hickory today at Mosteller Mansion estate where Harry Pilos lives too. Tenants there are having similar problems like they are at Eastwood from Delphi and Harry and disregard for problems once they get you stuck in a lease. Ms. Sarah G.
