Eastwood Village used to be an "A class" rental community. They would do credit and background checks and only let certain tenants in. Then in February the management changed. Since then tons of rift raft have started moving in. I've seen drug deals in the parking lot and can smell someone smoking weed daily. The parking has gotten ridiculous, people will illegally park in the handicap spots or fire areas because they are too lazy to walk an extra few feet. I'm also positive that pit bulls are not allowed and yet someone right next to me has one. It makes me extremely nervous to take my dog out.

I'm really upset about this because I signed my lease with the knowledge that this was an upper class community and am paying a lot of money for it. Now I have no doubt they are no longer doing checks and redneck trailer park trash are moving in. I love the area but will not live here again.
