I would have to agree with the resident about the rift raft that they are letting in the community now!!! This community did do a 180 for the worst! Just last week there has been several break ins and even the Maintenance guys apartment was one of them. They sent out letters telling you to lock your doors and keep all windows lock, even if I go to MY mail box I need to lock my door''' WHAT KIND OF COMMUNITY HAS THIS BECOME.

Yes, we got the same letter from management and from our perspective, we're glad that management is on top of the situation. They certainly took a chance sending the letter out...but it was the responsible thing to do. I have talked with law enforcement who is working with management. They, of course, said this is going on at other communities and feel it's some wack job trying doors to see if some of the more naive of us has left the door unclocked for the evening or whenever. Wake up people! We love this community and all it has to offer! Keep up the great work Eastwood Village!

Responsible thing to do would to have police patrolling the area..have your staff doing their job and actually do the back ground checks on the residents. I have talked to the other communities and they said this is not going on in their community so what law enforcement are you communicating with? Sounds to me like your the owner of Eastwood and do not want people really knowing what is happening here? So yeah KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EASTWOOD VILLAGE!!!

I gotta agree with you. It seems like management is making all the positive replies in the past few months. They keep occurring the same day that a negative post is posted. HEY IDIOTS! If you want to make it at least seem like its not you, give it a few days before posting a reveiw!

As a resident of this complex I think the management and staff handled this situation in the best way possible. I understand that the apartments that were broken into had been left unlocked, so a reminder to everyone as well as informing the residents was a good thing. To my knowledge the criteria to rent at Eastwood village has not changed so I wonder what is considered riff raff. The law enforcement presence has been stepped up. So thank you Eastwood Village staff and management for your continued efforts on behalf of the residents
