Chose an apartment with a view of the Blue Ridge range. I am very happy with that decision.

The staff worked with me to resolve a few problems that were minor and I found them to be quite responsive. There was an incident but I know that they check criminal histories on everyone because they did on me and another friend before she moved in (and she referred me to this place for which I am grateful).

Someone sounds like they are full of sour grapes and the management company took a leap and let everyone know that the issue was due to people leaving doors unlocked--c'mon folks use some common sense--have you seen the unemployment figures in the Carolinas'--people are desperate.

Anyway the place is clean and well maintained and I found my neighbors to be super--had an issue with a dog barking too much but I worked it out with them.

All in all, this is a great value for me and I have lived in some nice places in the Charlotte area before moving to Asheville.
