When I tried to move to Asheville it just seemed I had not many options for my budget (around 1000 for 2-3 bedrooms)
I choose Haw Creek cause it is near my children's school.

It has just been awful. Awful customer service by the 3 women that seem to manage the office.

If I have mail in their office, well, they won't deliver it or notify me. There is a mattress outside the complex that has been there for weeks now and nothing has been done to clean it up.

The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors conversations, dogs running up and down the stairs and washing machines running.

I guess I could try to live with all this if only the people at management where nicer.

So all you can say is that because they dont alert you when YOUR mail has come, they're awful. I have lived in this community and dealt with the office and I feel that putting them down for something as petty as mail delivery (which by the way I have never seen any of them dressed in a mail delivery uniform) is funny.

Karma, you obviously work for the office. If a package gets delivered to the office, it's up to the office to call and say so. What if it was a surprise gift? You people are lazy beyond belief.

If mail is delivered to the office it is upto the staff to contact the residents. WE pay this people for management. I agree with one of the comments, these people do not even fake interest in the resident's complaint's

I am actually a property manager down in Fl. looking to relocate to Asheville and needed to make a comment regarding the other comments posted. One, it is actually the responsibility of the postman, Fedex or UPS to leave a notice on the residents door. Please keep in mind that it is a courtesy that an office accepts packages. I make my girls call if we have a package for more then a week. But sometimes it is busy and they can't get to it. So to Asheville010, I'm sure they aren't lazy, keep in mind most property managment companies have you doing alot of work besides just sitting at a desk all day.
