I was very disappointed with the treatment
received by this company. As a result of their behavior, I filed a formal complaint
to the Better Business Bureau of Asheville North Carolina and the North Carolina Attorney General Office. The company has
refused to return my security deposit. Unfortunately, the above agencies have no
power to force this company to return my
deposit. I now live in Arizona and can not take this company to small claims court.

I was just curious as to why the BBB and Attorney General Office were brought into the picture with your complaints? Dont get me wrong I am having my own troubled issues with them as well. So...I can only imagine.
