At first sight Haw Creek Mews looked great, but almost immediately after moving in we knew we'd made a mistake.

First, the office person who sold us on the apartments was relocated to another complex owned by the same company and her replacements have proven to be rude and thoroughly unhelpful.

Second, maintenance is obviously not a priority here. We asked for a few damaged things to be replaced and were treated as though we'd asked them to put on a new roof.

Third, the laundry facilities are dirty and hot as an ------- jungle!

Fourth, management seems to think it's OK to cut service and increase rent, which it has down repeatedly in the last several years.

We'll be moving out as soon as humanly possible.
