Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
For the person that said it's quite, I take it you live on the roof or the very top floor. IF you are on 1st 2nd 3rd floors, its like earthquake city, god forbid to have your bedroom wall beside someone who don't ever sleep, every bang and footstep is heard and felt, even down to what TV channel they have it on.
