besides a host of issues with the construction & management of the Kenilworth Inn as detailed in most postings on this site, if you make a formal complaint about it to management, they have a tendency to threaten the tenants with eviction or worse. physical threats and actual abuse have occured in some instances.

yes the building is striking, the apartments unique. but look at their website and ask yourself: where are the tennis & basketball courts promised' where is the beautiful garden' the bowling alley' they are not here. we moved in a year ago, and none of these amenities have materialized.

right now there is a big struggle between several tenants and the management. the owner even assaulted one of these tenants. the only positive post to date occured after the management found out about the site, and the management was given a 4 star rating, suspicious to say the least.

btw- as i write this it is 84.5 degrees in my apartment. the AC is running full blast, but it is insufficient for the conditions on the fourth level. this is a problem several tenants are experiencing and the management has ignored it or threatened those who complained about it. not matter how nice the apartment buidlingis, don't rent here, there are plenty other places in town that are cheaper, and the management is better.
