This place is a joke! They say cherry cabinets, they mean cherry stained. The granite counters are pock marked and rough, not to mention there is no caulking to observe between the counter and back splash. The fixtures are from Lowes....
The wood floors are the lowest grade of wood you can find, they have places that are chipping up and your socks and feet get caught on them, plus the knotholes actually come out of the holes and so then you have HOLES. The windows do not work correctly, The utility bills are outrageous...ooo but it is a old building...where did that HUD money go' Certainly not in this building did it'

The only thing that was positive about this apartment were the people, which most of them have moved out! Wonder why'

I have heard stories, about them knocking on the door and then walking in on people either in the shower or just coming out, insane! I know one person personally this happen too.

They do not fix things in a timely manner nor do they give you a date when the apartment will be finished, or even started.

Even the workers have quit, going to cash the check and the bank has no money in it' This was the latest thru the grapevine of gossip.

They start rumors about the tenants. This place is a Peyton Place! I felt very threatened while living at the Kenilworth.

They walked in one me twice.. the first time I was in the bed half asleep and half dressed, the second time I was in the shower!
