Do not be sucked in by the initial appearance of Kenilworth Apts. It is not what it seems. What a nightmare - from derelict maintenance, deranged property manager (Pete), and indifferent owner (Frank). They don't give a crap about the tenants; they only want your rent money - period! They advertise that these apts are high-end luxury and charge accordingly. Nothing is further from the truth. It's like buying a dirty, stinky, brokendown old car with a new coat of paint. Do not be deceived! Maintenance is a joke (they don't fix the problems - they put a bandaid on it until it breaks again, over and over), garbage is left to rot and smell up the hallways, the stench of dog urine is in the halls and elevators, tenants are treated like cattle to be ignored or pushed around depending on the mood of Pete. Favortism is rampant; if he likes you, he sees to your every complaint. Otherwise, he abuses you vocally and then talks to other tenants about you. If you complain or disagree with him too much, he finds a way to evict you on the slimmest of reasons. You do not get what you pay for. Kenilworth could be such an awesome, unique place to call home with just a little bit of effort by management. But, THEY DO NOT CARE! What a pity . . .

It took you two years and renewing your lease before you decided you had these issues. You indeed have issues and are a sad person. You should find something to do with your time other than wallowing in your on anger and sadness. You should face the real reasons that you left and let go your sadness.
