After reading the other reviews I was shocked that so many people were that honest. The maintenance people almost refuse to do their jobs correctly unless you watch over them like children. There is almost always garbage on the grounds because the grounds keepers just run over it with their equipment and because no one from the staff picks it up. Complaints and requests are ignored by the lazy staff, with the exception of the young lady that is part-time. She unfortunately has to rely on the pathetic management, who always drops the ball, unless you are --------. The rent is on the high side for the quality of the units. There are insect problems, bad plumbing, poor electrical work, and failing appliances that the manager ----- refuses to rectify. We leased with enthsiasm over a few years ago and can not wait to leave this year. Do not consider this place. There are very nice homes nearby name The Forest at Biltmore to look at. If you are fortunate enough to see ----- or ----- off of the phone or computer and actually doing their jobs rather than pushing it off on ------ or -------, consider yourself lucky.

Obviously biased and discriminating. Perception is everything, but is always a reflection of personal attitude.
