When i first moved in the apartment had not even been cleaned. The storage closet outside had a giant hole and mold. They told me they would fix the hole immideatly, and now, 12months later i'm moving out and there is still a hole. After the construction on the roof from 6:30AM-dark (which they never told us would be going on, i had construction workers on my porch all day) the roof continued to leak and to "fix" the problem, they painted over the stain on the wall where the water was comming through. Also I told them i would be moving out when my lease was up and deana never gave me a 30day notice form to fill out so when i went to do the final walk through with them, they informed me that i would have to pay for the following month and they would not work with me at all. the fitness room(if you can call it that) included equiptment that was older than i was and the one dumpster on the property was a good distance from the apartment(hard to get to without a car) i would never move back in to that apartment complex again. they basically made my moving out experience a living hell.

Sad being away from Kensington Place 3 years and reading this, is par for the course. They say anything to get you in and sign that damn lease, and then ignore you when you have a legitimate claim. They and HSB (?) Holdings need their asses sued for all the years of continued unethical business practices, disregard for tenants' rights and welfare, and stealing monies from people they do not deserve to get. IN my opinion, they have breached their very own rental lease contract not stepping up and doing their part. It is NOT a one way street and these greedy developers and management people they get need to realize this and get back to ethical business as it used to be years ago where the customer was always right.
