I've had several experiences Kensington, that make it clear to me that not only are the staff supportive and caring, but they are sincerely great people and do a great job! I have read some of the ratings they have been given, and they are just unfairly reported. Maintenance is better than ever and simply put- there are two sides to every story. I've had some experiences with other apartment communities in the area and it's just not the same. I know that everyone in the office care about the residents and want to provide quality apartment living. They may not have the newest apartments or top of the line gizmos. But one thing is for sure, they offer enough to keep me pleased.

What are you smoking saying this? The posts indeed are very accurate. Either you work for Kensington or you are one of those meth addicts in the western NC region that have reverted to that for income as the employment opportunities are few and very low wages compared to very high cost of living and you cannot live in Asheville without having a lot of money behind you.
