I lived in one of the front apartments, on the second floor, which I would recommend for saftey. Issues: one trash compactor for everyone located halfway down the complex, kids have nowhere to play so they play in the street, people CONSTANTLY walking around (at time made me uneasy and I felt like I had no privacy), my aparment was outdated and had no dishwasher, w/d hookup, old carpet, management was difficult at times.
However, in regards to location it is right off Tunnel Rd. Ingles and Rite Aide at bottom of the street, lots of restaurants, Asheville Mall and onramp to 40 very close. Overall would not recommend for any females living by themselves.
