i rented a pinnacle ridge apt., sight unseen,. for my son when UNCA faced a housing crunch august '04. the complex did not have an apt. available when i was frantically searching for one but pinnacle ridge staffer kelly called me the minute one unexpectedly became available. kelly was helpful, accommodating and enthusiastic and when we arrived, after a 2-day car trip, the clean apt. with it's shining hardwood floors was waiting for us.
the buildings and apartments are clean but dated and while the rent is reasonable all utilitilies are extra and not inexpensive. the location is excellent, the staff is helpful and responsive and the resident population is a pleasant mix of students, seniors and young families.
