We have lived at pinnacle ridge apartments for 6 months. The apartment itself is wonderful for the price and considering its location, it is a miracle! only 1 mile from downtown in a great safe neighborhood. The main reason for my writing a review is to convey how wonderful the staff is - especially kelly. as soon as something needs attention, it is dealt with in a fast and friendly way. The only thing missing is a pool.....can't have everything though!
