Looking for pictures of Pinnacle Ridge Apartments I came across these reviews and I am appalled. I have lived here for over 1 1/2 years and have found this location to be very comfortable. I have a crappy retail job but can still afford rent and utilities and I'm not starving. Too many people complain about the mold issue. These buildings around 60 years old, they're going to have problems. After reading quite a few reviews I ran around my apartment looking in corners, the bathroom, around windows and I couldn't find any. I spray my bathroom down with Lysol and I don't have any issues. It gets dirty like everything else so I clean it. People complain about high rent without things like a pool or fully stocked weight room. Where is the pool going to go, do you want to pay for it to be managed, and do you want to pay for free weights to be constantly replaced'' How many complexes allow pets like this place does' My water heater valve burst and I paged the maintenance guy at 3am, he was here in less than 10 min. It is on a main road but set back giving it a neighborhood feel. Pretty decent neighbors, very pet friendly, adequate complaint response (some people are freaking picky, cant appeal to everyone), and very good office hours. I have enjoyed living here and plan to for as long as I need. Every friend I have to come over says "Wow what a nice place". To the rest of you that complain, go 2 miles in either direction and have your front door kicked in, $950 in rent, or holes in every wall and ceiling. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
