I LIVED AT RIVER RIDGE FOR ABOUT A YEAR. i WOULD HAVE LEFT SOONER BUT I WAS TIED INTO A CONTRACT. THERE WERE SEVERAL THINGS I DID NOT LIKE. THE PERSON BELOW ME SMOKED AND I COULD SMELL IT IN MY APARTMENT IT MADE ME SICK IN THE END MY CLOTHES WERE EVEN SMELLING OF SMOKE. THE OFFICE STAFF WERE NOT FRIENDLY AND THE MANAGER IS THE WORST. WATCH OUT FOR THE WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING. I WILL NEVER TELL ANY OF MY FRIENDS TO LEASE THERE.I HATED IT AND WILL NEVER BE BACK THERE.

These posts seem to be the status quo of those of us who come to Asheville from another region and are not local favorites- poor management, piss poor service and maintenance, and playing partial to some while abusing others "rights" with unfair practices of business which many of the managment firms in the area seem to do and it ought to be investigated better by the controlling regulatories at the State and even Federal levels. W ehave sene it in every case here, and we have been in Ashevile almost 6 years and moving out.
