Management sucks

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Avoid the rental office at all costs.

They call themselves pet friendly but get this, they charge your pet RENT every month in addition to a hefty deposit which they will try very hard to keep by testing your carpet for over an hour when you move out. They didn't find any after all they went through in my case.

I consider their policy a deterrent to pet owners.
