I have no idea why these other people left negative responses.

We have been living here since September 06, 2006 and we absolutely find the place refreshing.

The office staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, and they are always ready to fulfill your request.

The maintanence staff is A . They resolve your problems usually same day.
