We have lived here for almost 2 years with little problems. We moved in on a move in special which was a nice deal and our rent only increased $10 for 2BR/2BA. The master bath is kind of small but the hall bath makes up for it. More kitchen cabinet space would be nice. Unfortunaltey we live in a building which gets absolutley no sun at any time of day any time of year. The staff is great for the most part and the repairmen come within a reasonable time.
I saw the review about the dogs running rampant, there are a lot of residents with dogs, but I have only seen 1 or 2 in the two years I have lived here actually wandering around by themselves.
The only thing I can really complain about is the noise factor. I can hear every step the neighbors above us take, and the fact that they have a 4 year old who runs and jumps and shakes everything in my apartment doesnt help.
