Huge mistake

Trust your gut, because I didn;t and should gave. My husband and I were in a crunch to find a new place; we were mving from another city and only had one day of travel to make arrangements before we moved. We had a checklist and if they said no to anything we were going to look elsewhere, but a checklist is only good if you make them prove themselves. I mistakenly took their word, and let them show us a model instead of the actual apartment(which was vacant). Anyways... long story short needed handicap friendly, not so-- told complete remodel, not so infact very old and mold damaged,requested patio, received enclosed storaged ... yada yada goes on from there. My advise don't rush yourself, insist on proof of what you're receiving; once the damage is done its done!

then why didnt you look at the newer apartments they have. and i liked the older apartment better than the new one and i lived in both. what do you expect for a 30 year old apartment.
