Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have lived here for two years and I am renewing the lease for a 3rd year. My neighbor told me they left something on this site as they were not happy here. I will tell you the reason they are not happy is because they had a huge party and that is not tolerated here. The manager handled it quickly and I don't think they will have another party as they will be asked to leave. Management has always been very responsive to any issues and the maintenance is the best I have ever had and I have lived in many apartments.
