I have a leak in my apartment. To be exact there is a 3 foot square on the ceiling of my living room that was sagging and green from the water (& mold). The water even ran down my wall. There is a brown stain from ceiling to floor. The wall has puffed out & paint is chipping off. Maintenance came & nailed a piece of plywood over the sagging, wet ceiling. (Why I say it use to sag, now I have plywood nailed to my ceiling)I was told that they would have to reroof my entire building & that would start last week, but of course nothing has been done. It has now been a month since I first reported the leak. So if you dont mind having water all over your furniture, plywood nailed to your ceiling and mold on your ceiling then go ahead & move in.
