HONESTLY, it is worth the price due to its location in town. Away from the ghettoish side of town. It is close to everything any1 could need. I live on the top floor and has gone good in the almost year and a half i've been here. Only downside I have experienced is there seems to be some kind of little insects that get into my apartment. Not sure exactly what they are or how they got in (maybe via screen on sliding glass door, or possibly wall outlet). Other than that, i would recomend throughly looking around the area for a place w/atleast as much space for a cheaper price. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
