I have lived here for about 3 months now, and I do not understand how there could be all these negative reviews about Turtle Creek. Here has been my experience thus far.

Maintenance: Anytime my girlfriend and I have ever needed anything done to our apartment, the guys have been here THAT DAY, only once was there a time that they came the next day.

Parking: Everyone gets 2 parking spots per apartment, and there is plenty of overflow parking for guests.

Noise: I dont have any clue what everyone else is talking about, because I never hear a peep from anyone. Maybe I've been blessed with really good neighbors, but, is that a bad thing'

Office Staff: Have always been very warm and friendly. Everyone there is very personable, and easy to get along with.

Amenities: Great pool, sand volleyball right next to pool, nice playground for the kids, tennis, basketball, the dog run IS just a little small, the gym is decent, the clubhouse is very nice, the laundry room works very nicely, plenty of grills for people that want to cook out, there is a nice car wash area with a vacuum, WHERE ELSE IN TOWN CAN YOU GET ALL THIS, PLUS A NICE APARTMENT, FOR THIS KIND OF PRICE!

the kids: lets face it, parents arent watching there kids like they once did, so yeah, there are a few little brats running around, but your going to find that at any aprtment that you live in.

The Location cannot be beat. One mile from the parkway (if that), close to a wal-mart, movie theater, 4 grocery stores, any store you could possibly think of is within 10 minuetes.

For anyone that thinks Turtle Creek is a hell-hole, drive on up to boone and look at Green Oaks, thats where I lived before I moved here, that plae is hell on earth.
