Bad...look around before living here!

I lived in turtle Creek for two years, in a town house. My basement always smelled bad from the day I moved in. All maintenance did was spray air freshener when called. My rent went up twice. After moving, they kept my deposit (for the smell in my basement) and then tried (unsuccessfully) to sue for extra money. The office staff were usually rude, anyone with profesional skills left quickly. Parking was very bad. Dog friendly doesn't begin to describe the relationship, dogs ran freely, often with no owners in sight.
Turtle Creek is close and convenient to everything. The pool was usually clean, but the hours don't allow enough time for a working family to use it. Parking with the townhouse was fine, no problems. Lighting was good and I always felt safe, even with small children.

So the parking was "very bad" and the parking was "fine"? It's pretty obvious here you got charged money for something and are mad about it (like half the angry people on here seem to be). At the top you put five years, you admit to two years, then complain about how horrible it was? You're a joke.
