You can probably tell by my comments on others reviews that I'm a little miffed about what some people write and are allowed to get away with on here. It's just pathetic. I've lived at Turtle Creek for six years--I've never seen any sex acts, any urinating on doors, or any of the other things the person (I was going to use a much much worse term) a review or two below me wrote. It's obvious people on here are mad about something else. Turtle Creek has been as good or better as any other apartment I've ever lived in. Certainly not any worse and nothing like the "ghetto fabulous" the person below me described. It's easy to be brave on the internet, and it's easy to write whatever you want. Hopefully people will just judge for themselves before taking the advice of someone obviously angry about something. Sorry for the speech, but I just can't get over the nerve of some people.

And one other thing--if you don't want your rent to go up from year to year then don't live in an apartment. That's a dumb thing to be mad about. I bet gas prices really make you mad huh' Gas is twice as much as it was two years ago--bet you're glad your rent isn't.

I lived there for 2 years and had water bottles thrown at my door, had eggs thrown at my door, had my car broken into, and saw the punk kids smoking pot and making out behind the pool area (outside the fence in the wooded area). Just because these things didn't happen to you does not mean they didn't happen.
