I currently reside at Turtle Creek Apartments. I normally do not give reviews while living in the apartments, but after reading some of the reviews and seeing them questioned and knowing two different sides of living here (mine and my boyfriends) I thought I would give my outlook.

I moved here because I wanted something a little more upscale then my last apartment but not too pricey and my boyfriend has lived here for a few years and liked it. I live in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath split plan. My boyfriend lives in a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath. I have noticed that our living experience are different.

By my apartment, there seam to be a lot of young adults. For the last couple weeks, they have been hanging out right outside my window. They are very inconsiderate of others, they play their music in their cars extremely loud, beep the horn, talk loud, drink, and I have even seen them a few times making out on top of their car. A few weeks ago, when I was out in the parking lot, I seen condom wrappers and a box (not sure what it was) that was clearly for adult eyes only. There is also a parking issue at my apartments if you come home late. I normally park two apartments down if I come home after midnight. At my boyfriends apartment, I have never had any issues nor has he. I visit my boyfriend often, and have never seen or heard of any of the issues I have at my apartment. He does have older more mature adults living at and near his apartment so I am certain that makes a huge difference. The "young adults" do not live in my building but seam to live at the buildings behind me.

As far as the staff, I have not had to deal with them that much, but when I have they have been great. They are friendly and deal with issues in a professional matter.

The pool is clean and only has a few groups of people at a time up there. I'm not one to visit the pool when its busy, but since its been back open I go up there often and its always been pleasant.

I believe its where you live and who is living near that will determine your living experience here. I would recommend Turtle Creek for the price and the appearance of the apartments. just be sure to ask who your neighbors are before moving here.
