Maintenance, Have had a few problems with this , even now as I sit here waiting for some kind of response from them. Air conditioner leaking into my apt.( air drip pan thingy ) is in a closet with hot water heater. Leaking through wall which is the only wall I have for my TV,stereo, speakers ect..
Last month the upstairs units water heater broke and leaked all down through my apt. Maintenance would not answer the phone & upstairs neighbors not at home! So I called 911. Heck what was i supposed to do? Anyway it got the attention of the staff here! It took several days of huge noisy fans to dry out my apt and another week to paint the ceiling.... I may have to call 911 again to get any response from this Maintenance or even staff member today is June 19 2009 supposed to be the hottest day this year 90-100! And I am afraid to turn on the air because I dont want all my electronic stuff to get wrecked! Also the NOISE from upstairs loud ! Normal people live up there seems the floor joist needs to be repaired, I have complained alot seems all the want to do is move me into an upstairs apt, not sure it i will renew this lease which is up next month..... ????
