The management will not enforce any rules at this place. They tell you what you want to hear to get you to move in, but once you're here you find out they were all lies. Parking is bad. They allow people to park trucks with trailers taking up numberous parking spots. I have seen people having to parking on the grass. Even though this place is new, the construction quality appears to be poor. I've had several structural issues in my apartment. If you have a complaint, they get an attitude with you and tell other residents about your problems. I've seen the police out here responding to several issues in the past. In my opinion if you want to party and you dont care about the place you live, then this is the place for you. If you desire a decent place to live, I suggest you think twice. Just because this place is new doesn't mean its good. There are many other apartments in Asheville that offer a much better quality of living.
